[ Poe never really knew when to stop moving. He's at least feeling less fidgety while taking additional signing practices from the native woman both him and Frank know. When he tells people he'll help with a job, he'll come and not back out of his word. He's told Jessica already that he would put in man power for it. Frank seemed to want to help to finish getting it ready. Having one around wasn't a bad idea, it may ease minds, hopefully it won't generate panic or fear. Setting up a system for it though would take some time. Unless plans were already in works.

There's a small pack over his shoulder, he's carrying a bit of soundproof supplies from the clinic. Since he was cleaning there before coming to the Prison building. Poe would be cautious looking around in case there were more people working. He didn't want to get hit with anything. He's keeping a look out for Frank too. Once he spots him, he comes over to him with the supplies. He signs. ] Where do you want these?

[ it's only frank now, and he catches that flight suit out of the corner of his eye, turning to face poe properly. his gaze is a little rough and unfocused, but he manages to look from poe's hands to the supplies and understand what it is he's supposed to be doing. frank waves him on to the next storefront and points for poe to set them at the entrance. ] Thanks, brother.

[ Poe gives Frank a nod once he spots him. The supplies weren't all that troublesome but he needed to put them down before he could do anything else. He looks in the direction of the point while walking over to the area and places the supplies there. Poe comes back over while taking off the pack from his shoulder, he places it out of the way from the work. ] You're welcome. I brought something to eat from our wonderful native friend. If you're hungry now we can eat, otherwise, what do you need help with?

[ Direction would be a good thing. Poe would at least be able to follow the task that Frank would give him. ]

[ she's already stitched them jumpsuits and now she's making them lunch, after already letting them name her beautiful babies. he knows he speaks for both of them when he says that the native mother is a blessing; a sliver of hope in this bleak world. ] Work then food? [ frank suggests, even more concise with the signing than he is texting.

they work alongside one another in companionable silence for a long time, getting the better part of one shop cubicle completely soundproofed before frank deems that they should take a break. he slides to the floor in the concourse and looks over at poe. he thinks of donnie then, the boy who had shared his sandwich with frank. and then later frank saved his life. that feels like a lifetime ago. Don't know what you're looking for, but I'm not it. poe had been just as hard to scare away, and now here they were. ]

[ The native woman did a lot for them. Poe would always be thankful. He appreciated the stitching when it was needed. He wasn't much of a sewer anyway. The lunch had been extra supposedly but Poe knew better. There had been hope in this world and it seemed to continue in the smallest of areas. ] Yeah,
good call. [ It was a simple enough word to sign in a long way.

Working together in silence reminded him of those times he helped his father on the ranch with the field generators. They always worked in their shared silence. If Faith couldn't scare him away after Frank telling him who he really was. Poe would keep coming back, being persistent. He sits down next to Frank while putting his pack in between his legs opening it up to take out a couple of sandwiches wrapped carefully in napkins and a few varied of fruits. ] I'm not really sure what the fruits are. [ He gives a small sheepish smile with a shrug. It wasn't too frustrating that he was learning still. ]

[ he takes the food and eats in silence for a while, actually until he's nearly done. frank hadn't realized how hungry he was until he'd started eating. once the sandwich is done, he's leaning back against the drywall he'd put up with jessica before and allows himself a tiny moment of rest. ]

[ Poe eats along with him in silence but he seems to go a bit slower with the eating. But the food gets finished mostly at the same time with Frank. He stretches his legs out before leaning forward to stretch out the back muscles. The work was great and he truly needed it. Poe sits back up while looking back at Frank while signing at him. ] How is the leader thing going for you?
