Personality:

paranoid: Frank has plenty of reasons to actually be paranoid of course, his whole life is like that saying “Is it really paranoia if they’re really after you?” He takes it to an extreme, time and time again, but this also keeps him alive. The only time he truly lets his guard down is after he’s come to trust someone and we do see him get surprised by these people on rare occasions, but for the most part Frank is always on high alert.

practical: Despite his sometimes dramatic antics, Frank very seldom takes risks he does not need to. He will always do whatever is the safest option for other people in the interest of keeping them safe though he’s often seemingly careless when it comes to his own safety. He’s also a master tactician and seems to see five steps ahead of his enemy (almost) always. His steps are rigid and make perfect sense in the end, though not always while he’s carrying out his plans.

hypocritical: See above. Frank doesn’t want anyone else taking risks that would compromise their own safety, but he does it himself all the time. He also tends to put his friends and loved ones on a pedestal and marks them as “better” than himself.

loyal: He will do anything for those he cares about, full stop. This goes both ways, however, if he is betrayed he will stop at nothing to dismantle someone piece by piece. He has a high capacity for love and friendship even after his trauma.

relentless: Frank will stop at nothing to accomplish his goals. See: every episode he’s featured in. His plans often seem insane or even impossible to an outside observer, but he plans for everything and can not be stopped by normal means though he himself is not a metahuman.
