[ two snipers walk onto a rooftop... guess it's a good thing they met at a bar so that joke might land. frank looks completely in his element as he strolls onto the rooftop dressed in all black, weighty combat boots heralding his arrival, a pack slung over his shoulder with probably a very similar weapon to the one she has out inside.
some of that ease drains away when he spots her, the voice helping him place the woman to only a few hours ago at a dive bar near his place he sometimes haunted. he goes there to watch others, not to interact, so it had been second-nature the way he'd shrugged her off. funny, how nothing in his life is ever really done. and by funny we mean tragic and fucked up.
